Dana Leary, MD

Dana Leary, MD, is one of the founders and practicing pediatricians at Pediatric Associates of Kentwood, located in Kentwood, Michigan. Her mission is to provide compassionate, comprehensive care to children living in and around Kent County.

Dr. Leary was born in Grand Blanc, Michigan. She completed her undergraduate studies at Michigan State University in East Lansing. Then, she went on to earn her Doctor of Medicine at the University of Michigan Medical School in Ann Arbor. She received her medical degree in 1989 and completed her residency at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan. In the fall of 1992, she co-founded Pediatric Associates of Kentwood with Dr. Jokerst so they could provide pediatric care their way: with equal parts competence and compassion. 

Dr. Leary is married to Dr. Jokerst, and together they have two teenage sons.
